I'm running with the group for the first time this Saturday. I come to you from the triathlon world so am looking forward to racing without the swim/bike warmup--I'm planning to do the jingle all the way 10k next month. See you Sat!
For those who don't know, Lindsey is a triathlete phenom who just this past weekend took First Place Age Group - First Place Amateur - 11th Place Woman at the Clearwater FL 70.3 World Championship. She's been killing the field in events all year and may go professional.
