Chicago Workouts Start...THIS WEEK

...see the calendar on the excel spreadsheet. Though nothing specific is scheduled for this weekend, I will be at both runs (10 on Sat, 16 on Sun). I might "throw something in" on Sunday.

Any suggestions on a Sunday run? Riley's Lock?
