That i...Karl, sorry to hear about the minor injury. That is really frustrating especially with the weather getting to be nicer. Just be smart, which you are, take the necessary healing steps, and you will be back in no time. Cross training will be good to keep your fitness "in check" so you won't really have to go through any aerobic "cobwebs" when resuming running, just the muscle memory in your legs pretty much.
