A number of us plan to do a workout on Tuesday in Bethesda at a local INDOOR track. We run at 7:00pm...I can pick up those who wish to participate at Grosvenor Metro circa 6:45pm.
It'll be in the teens on Tuesday night so the indoor track (picture on left) will be a blessing.
Count me in. What's on the menu? mile repeats? Ladder? I'm down for intervals 800s and up

ReplyDeleteI liked the 1600, 1600, 800, 800, 1600, 800, 800 we did a little ways back. was a good gear shifter- we targeted times slightly faster or at 5k race pace.
ReplyDeleteI also like a 1200, 400 variation, but no one seems to like 400s!?
i think i will go but will take it easy at first. i was speaking to several runners yesterday who have re-agrevated hamstring injuries after pushing it hard before being fully recovered.
