TRAINING REPORT

WE DID A SOLID JAUNT FROM THE G-TOWN STORE THIS PAST SAT. WE HAD 7 OR SO PEOPLE OUT AND HIT THE TRAIL BEHIND THE STORE FOR 10 MILES. IT WAS COLD AND ALL BUT EVERYONE WAS INTO IT. NO CASUALTIES THOUGH I DID SEE MATT TAKE A SPILL WHEN HE TURNED TO ACKNOWLEDGE SOME YOUNG LADIES AS THEY PASSED BY:( _______WORDS OF WISDOM HERE IS WHEN YOU ARE DISTRACTED BY BEAUTY BEWARE OF THE POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES.

  1. I had a low mileage week (55) - a result of skiing over the weekend and excessive scotch drinking.

    I did have a great, but tough, workout on Tuesday with Jason Dwyer, Matias (I've given up trying to spell his last name) and Max (no last name needed).

    Workout - 1600/1600/800/800/1600/800/800 w/400m rest.
