also, I need someone to train with on Wed for a hard workout. My legs finally feel 80% normal on a regular basis. I want to prepare very seriously for marine corps marathon and need someone who is shooting for a fall marathon to do some hard fartlek workouts on the C&O on wednesday eves. 10 miles of pain will make you into a 2:30 marathoner. let me know. M
