new workout tomorrow morning

Meet at the store at 7am. mile repeats on the track. 5:20, 5:10, 5:05, 5:00, 4:50. 400m recovery. As of now, Ben, Wilson, and myself.

  2. great to hear. very very solid. i am impressed how 'spot on' you were from your goal times. i am definitely in for any more workouts you do at that time of the morning. sorry couldn't make it this morning (will explain later)
