Ben will be at the store at 8:15 this Saturday for all those that are interested in meeting. I will be racing but I will be back next weekend for the run.
Anyone running the Boo! Run for life! 10k Sunday at Haines Point? I'm training for a 50-miler so don't really expect to race fast, but my friend works on Kidney Cancer (the cause) and convinced me to sign up. DO IT!
This blog is great! Although its after the fact, just wanted to post that I thought Saturday's run was really fantastic. It hardly felt like an hour had passed and then we were done. And Allan - congrats on your win yesterday!!! Clearly you realized it was the only acceptable finish to make up for missing a Saturday group run... ;o)
MISTAKE ON THE LAKE!
ReplyDeleteAnyways, I will be in State College this weekend. I know there was talk of meeting in Rock Creek this weekend, though. Or am I making that up?

ReplyDeleteChristiam, my foot is fine now. I would like to do 12-16 miles on Sunday. Towpath or Rock Creek would work. I'd like to get going by 9am.

ReplyDeleteI got a last minute entry into the Under Armour 5k tomorrow and won't be around for the run.
ReplyDeleteIt should be a super fast race...I hope I can hang.
I know that Dwyer, Christiam and Carr are also racing in some DC area events. Good luck to all and to all a good night.
