Any interest in running on Saturday morning? I can meet at the Md/DC line of RCP or GRC.

9am start time is preferred.

Any takers?

  1. I will be at the store at 8:15 for the typical run. I say we can meet at the line next week since we havent been there for some time.

  6. I need to run a solid hard run manana. Something around 14 miles. not so much speed but tough and requiring endurance. I have a route from the store that goes through the Glover Archibald trails to rock creek for about 7 miles and then turn around and come back along the rock creek mixed in with some trail. There are some hills. It is 3/4 trail and 1/4 paved. Any interest? M

  7. I don't trust anything Max says after he starts a thread about a hill workout, has someone reply yes, and then doesn't respond.

  8. I should be more clear. In other words, if you can make the run tomorrow morning at the store and do my killer run say yes. if not, say no or nothing.

scott, as for the hill workout, i asked about wed and you said you could only do Thursday.

I do apologize though, if your feelings were hurt:(

  11. sure, why not. think of darrell general and the warrior runners. running through pain with knee braces, at 2 in the morning after working all day at a meat packing factory thinking of the goal, the determination, the grit, the............OK, nuff said, overkill. its a good run, though.
