For the cross country race on Sat we are supposed to have five to field a team. I think we are at four. If someone who reads this blog and has not been involved with this race, wants to do it, let me know asap.

    please tell me soon bcause i havent done almost anything this week and if i run on Sat i wanna do some workout this evening

    I got on the site to see if any of the GRC guys would be running at the XC meet in derwood this saturday. I will be racing as an indiv. but if you guys need an extra, just let me know/sign me up or whatever. I hope to see some of you guys... since I moved back to PA last march I have lost touch.. my bad.
