I was hoping to do a 6-mile, or 10k, tempo run this week. Was thinking about Thursday a.m.
I'm doing 8x1200 @AU at 4:30 on Wednesday
Evening meetings scheduled, can't make standard time. DM what time and where would you do your tempo run?
I am good for earlier tomorrow (I get out of work at 3pm. I was looking at Repeat Miles (but am flexible)
JC - I would say Thursday, 7ish, Hains Point
DM - I'll join you for the workout Thursday AM.
X the 3pm option today. I have a parent meeting at my school that I forgot about
OK, FYI, I have what feels like a tendon strain in my left leg above the ankle. I need to shut it down until Friday.
