All,
there is a 10mile DCROADRUNNERS race next Sat the 30th in Kensington. I am inviting some good runners to run it as a tempo. Its a hilly but pleasant course.
Bagels and cheerleaders are the incentive for showing.
if interested, give me a shout via the comment method.

This is the Al Lewis race. It's a good place to run a tempo. It starts at KenGar and runs south on the RCP Trail a la Parks Half Marathon. You turn around just north of the Mormon Temple and head back.
That might interest me a little as a tempo, but I'm not quite sure
This sounds pretty good to me.

Hi there,
I'm new here. Just a couple of questions.
What distance are you guys to run tomorrow (the 22nd)?
Where are you going to run?
Thanks
Pablo
Pablo - distance is usually at least 9-10 miles, sometimes there is a group that goes less another group that goes more, but the majority will for 60-70 mins.
We meet at the Georgetown Running Company . You can get directions by checking the "where we run" tab on the sidebar on the right. It is Mst and 34th st in Gtown.
I just realized that my college team is racing at GMU that day, so I'm out for the race and will be running in Fairfax instead.
I'm going to run this for sure now that Jake and I aren't running at PSU.
