Wed Track Workout at AU

I hate to knock down the funny posts, but we should start thinking about the Wednesday workout now. American University has been proposed...because the track is cleared of snow.

Warm-up at 6:30...if you're late, simply warm-up around the track. We'll start the workout circa 7.

Can someone give me a lift? I will be coming from downtown on the Red Line, but could meet someone driving in at any of the Red Line stops (AU/Tenleytown makes the most sense).

I propose cut-down mile repeats at 8k pace...or something similar. Any thoughts?

  4. I'll be there. Anything is fine, miles, 1000s or 400s. I could pick you up from tenleytown, and bring you back there or home. I'll be leaving from NIH, so you could also come to Medical Center if you want to.

  5. Dirk - unless Medical Center is easier for you, I will arrive at Tenleytown/AU at 6:15pm for a lift to AU.

  6. I am working out tonight (tuesday) at AU, looks like Wednesday will be cold and rainy. Anybody want to jump the gun? I will be warming up around 6:30.
