What are our weekend plans? Are people running for Haiti in 15" of snow? Must we run at the line again? So many questions, so few answers. Use to comments section to bring clarity to my universe.
The Line seems to be a good bet b/c at least part of Beach Drive is closed on the w/e. Do you have another option? It's good we're talking about this now and not last minute.
Unless I can't get out of the driveway, I will be at the Haiti Run. At least there will be sidewalks there. We COULD do our long run on Saturday, before the storm, possibly a big loop down Connecticut and up Wisconsin. We did this once before and it was pretty good. Then we can eat for 3 hours at Panera Bread.
UPDATE: New Snow prediction now at 16-24"! Jake contemplates building a huge booter in RCP and attempting backflips all day/night.
Frank comes in with the HUGE bagel coupon play! It looks like Sunday will be the only day w/o actual precipitation, I vote long run that day, hopefully the plows will have done some work by then.
As for Haiti run on Saturday, I have to assume that is canceled. Any news on that front?
12-20 inches??!!

I'd be in for a Saturday long run...good call.
ReplyDeleteWhen is the storm supposed to start spewing on Saturday? A long run then sounds good to me, too
ReplyDeleteUnknown. The worst of the storm could hit on Friday now....
ReplyDeleteSupposedly from Friday early afternoon to Saturday evening. The weathermen haven't been wrong so far this winter, unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteIf run from the line on Sunday AM, we can get free bagel from Einstein Bros afterward...

ReplyDeleteSTORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 18 TO 24 INCHES.
I agree with Marren, a long run on Sunday will have the best chance of being productive. Are we settled on the Line, again?
