Track @ B-CC

I plan to do a light workout at B-CC on Wednesday. "Light" because I am coming off a race and have another one this weekend. Not sure what I'll do, but I'll probably piggyback off of what others decide upon.

  1. Probably not light for me. I'll do 800s at 5:05-:10 pace.

  3. I will be there and likely running a modest workout due to 1/2 marathon on Saturday.

  4. I will try to do a big workout this week. I would like to do a ladder for a total of 4-5 miles. My tentative plan:

    (1) 2000
    (1) 1600
    (1) 1200
    (2) 800

    Optional:
    (3) 400
    (2) 200

    Rest and paces TBD.

  6. I will be there. I am going to do a cruise interval session... 4/5 x 2k at 5:10 pace w/ short rest... i would like to follow it up with 4 x 200 to see how my legs feel going quick after a threshold workout

  7. I ran with you guys a few times in the fall and I'm hoping to get back in the swing of things tomorrow with a moderate workout, as long as you guys don't mind.
