Wednesday Workout

Who will be present for the Wednesday workout? I'm adding a set and cutting rest, 4x(300, 300,200 Rest 65) Rest 2min

  1. I'll be at B-CC (looks like they are on spring break this week) tomorrow doing a workout. I think it will be 3 x (1200-400-400).
