I am way ahead of this, but next Wednesday is also St Patrick's Day...perhaps we should move the workout to Tuesday night (cough)? Also, this gives those racing NEXT weekend an extra day of rest. Am I alone on this?
If anyone would prefer to do a workout on Wednesday, let me know. Tuesday won't work for me, but maybe we can have two sessions this week to work with all of our schedules.
After a pretty terrible superbrick on Sunday, I'm probably a little fatigued... just in time for a recovery week. I'll opt out of the workout altogether and go for a ride instead out here. Will be back next week.
Klim, great suggestion. With the National Half coming up saturday the 20th, I am in for tuesday. Can we double check if the track is free then?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Dirk. 1004%
ReplyDeleteI don't see any LAX games on the BCC schedule.
ReplyDeleteAlso, we should be running in daylight since DST is Sunday.
You guys read my mind! I am IN !
ReplyDeleteSHAMrock DUNK!

ReplyDeleteI am going to end up running long on Monday so Tuesday will be easy, but I'll come out and provide vocal support, run in lane 6 and take it easy.
ReplyDeleteI can make a tuesday track workout and not wednesday, so tuesday gets my vote
ReplyDeleteOkay, I will be there at 6:30pm tomorrow. Hopefully my legs have recovered enough from Sunday.
ReplyDeleteOn second thought, after a slight case of DOMS I may opt out of this workout. I will be there for a run nonetheless.
