Workout Wednesday



I know several are coming off some down time but Karl and I are going to run a strength oriented workout tomorrow... We have talked about tempo or some longer intervals. If we tempo, we were planning on hitting the CCT (out and back)... I propose 5 mile tempo if we go that route... if people want to stay on the track and BCC... I wouldn't mind running a 3 x 2 mile workout. AS always, all suggestions welcome.

  2. I am in as well. I've done a bunch of tempos lately so I would rather do long intervals or a farlek.

  3. I am going to work out with the Potomac Runners in Arlington and try to get some of them to come to the Father's Day race, so I am out tonight, but I'll be back at Wednesday workouts next week
