Is anyone running this (as a workout)? The two mile is traditionally the main event (9:20s will win). I'd go to watch/time/cheer if any GRCers were thinking of heading over there.

| 9:40pm | 4x400 Relay - Second Heat | 5:00 Plus |
The race is part of our low-key club race series and is free for MCRRC members, $10 for non-members 18 and over, and $5 for non-members under 18. Registration is race-day only starting an hour before the race.

I was going to combine a workout in with my alumni race on wednesday... I would love to race a deuce but don't think i could run under 9!

I will not be racing the two mile... It kills me because I would like to see what I could do but I am doing a workout as part of my alumni race at my high school tomorrow evening...
Hello all, I post this under Dirks name, but I'm actually a friend visiting from the Netherlands (my name is Paul Zwama, some of you I have met last year). I am willing to do some pace making if anyone wants to get a fast race going... Just let me know (559 970 7114), Ill be here.
Also, is anybody down for a long run starting at Rock Creek Park Sunday? I plan to go 15 miles at any given pace. I know some of you and think it would be nice to partner up while Dirk will be out of town again.
