We have been pretty good at deciding to do workouts on the hottest day of each week. Maybe we can run this on the G-town Branch part of the CCT so we don't have to finish with an uphill. I'm not sure if it's long enough plus we would have to cross Connecticut out and back. Thoughts?
Could be repetitive but we could go up and back on the gravel section from connecticut and through the tunnel then turn around... thoughts? i am good either way
I've done tempos on the gravel section between mile markers 2 and 3 and actually enjoyed it. Accurate markers, pretty flat, soft surface, etc. That being said, I'm up for whatever.
I wouldn't mind getting off the track. Tempo or Fartlek on the CCT?
ReplyDeleteTempo would be perfect. 5 mile tempo followed by 4 x 200?
ReplyDeleteSounds good to me
ReplyDeleteI feel up to going out afterwards...
ReplyDeleteDown week for me, so no hard workouts til Sunday's Leesburg 20K. Will go medium long. Is anyone else racing there?
ReplyDeleteI am running Leesburg 20K on Sunday too.
ReplyDeleteyf
I am down for rock bottom post tempo.
ReplyDeleteI want to run too...running is the best thing to become fit and healthy...:D
ReplyDeleteTempo followed by Rock Bottom works for me too. Emily should meet us at RB as well.
ReplyDeleteI agree, ZBSports. Being healthy is the tits!

ReplyDeleteI just want to run hard with other people. I don't care if we do it around a parking lot
