  2. This not only a fantastic time, it's an incredible debut. I think Karl, a 29 flat 10k guy who now has a 2:20 pr to his credit, debuted with a high 2:30something...I think. A low 2:20 is also in line with Minnesota Paul's other PRs.

  5. Thanks for the support guys! The sideburns were definitely present...I actually ran with Wardian for the first 8-9 before dropping him only to be caught again by him. I tried to go with a bit though and kept an eye on him as we both tracked down about 10 guys in the last 10k
