FLASH: Ban runs 25:18 for 8k in Richmond.

In what is arguably his best race ever in a GRC singlet, Charlie Ban ran a 57-second PR 25:18 this morning in Richmond at the HCA VA 8k.

Jason Meyers runs 26:20.
