Alternate Miles - Friday

I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a strength workout on Friday around 6 or so on the canal. The workout is called Alternate Miles and it was our break and butter at Florida State. It's basically a controlled tempo alternating mile paces. For example, 5:30/6:30/6:00/5:30/6:30/6:00. It's a tough, yet phenomenal workout. I'm hoping to get up to 10+ by January.   1. I'll join you for this. I coach until 5:45 up in the Tenley/Au area so if you could wait until 6:15 that would help. Meeting at the store I presume?

  2. 6:15 is great.We can meet at the boathouse or the store.I would prefer the boathouse because parking is easier, but let me know.
