I am still leading a run from the G-town store on Sat at 9am. I will be there early to work with the National Marathon training group.
For those that are not running the workout, please come lend me some company.
I am also doing a long run on Sunday. I am meeting some people from the Washington Running Club at the G-town store at 8ish. All are welcome.
Also, I want to start a serious marathon training program for customers. Something that can be tailored to all levels of runner.

I've watched the lead switch a dozen times in the Patrick Hughes nickname debate. This is a brutal contest. There is only ONE day left to vote...make it count.

I don't know PMurph but for what it's worth, HUGE is a sweet nickname. Nicknames need to be as easier or easier than a name itself, so calling someone "Pat Huge" would get tedious, and you'd wind up abbreving sooner or later. You had a few other great choices the other day on the poll, what were some of them again?
Oh and my major in college was nicknameology, which makes me somewhat of a specialist, which is why you can trust what I have to say. That was me lending credibility.
