Karl Dusen (seen here wiping his nose on his singlet) ran his best race in a GRC singlet on Saturday morning taking second place behind Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier David Nightingale at the Van Metre 5 Miler. Karl is rumored to have run a 4:37 last mile in an all out drive to catch the former Ivy league nemesis.
24:03 for 5 miles is equivalent to a 14:30 5k, 30:05 10k and a 1:07 low half marathon.
