Lucas races at USATF Outdoor Championships
Lucas qualified for the 10K at the USA National Championships in Des Moines by running 28:57 at the Raleigh Relays 10K earlier this year. At USA's, Lucas finished in 20th overall. The race went out very quick and he came through 1600 in 4:28, which made the rest of the race difficult. But he hung on tough to finish and hopes to be back next year!
