Avril Kaplan, mile specialist for the GRC, and husband Zach welcomed Eve Lucy Kaplan on June 8. With Avril and Zach's recent relocation to Chevy Chase, MD, in the shadows of the hallowed BCC track and the legendary coach Jerry Alexander, the GRC is expecting a verbal commitment from Eve soon.
