We'll meet tomorrow, TUESDAY, for the final pre-clubs workout at BCC. My reccommendation for the workout is as follows: A Group 6 x 400 w/ 400 jog, 2 @ 68, 2 @ 66, 2 @ 64; B Group 6 x 400 w/ 400 jog 2 @ 70, 2 @ 68, 2 @ 64; Women 6 x 600 w/ 400 jog 2 @ 78, 2 @ 76, 2 @ 74, but I'm flexible on this. If anyone has a particular pre-race workout they'd like to do, let me know. And we can also make adjustments within the framework of this workout, so that B groupers may run with the A group if you like. The point of this is simply to get out there and turn your legs over to get that last bit of pre-race sharpness. We'll get going at 7:15 as usual.
For those of you who are not running clubs but want to come to the track, we can figure out an alternate workout, so give me a holler.
