It means that CTR, a man who didn't have much prior experience to distances longer than 2 hour triathlons and 55 minute running races, had a really solid swim and bike, and just learned that Eagleman is cruel and doesn't care how "fast" you are on the run.
As Matias can attest, running "slow" there, or really at the end of any long triathlon, has nothing to do with speed work, track sessions, anything like that - it's making sure you're not faded by the time you get off the bike.
I can attest to that RM. Andy's time is really solid, certainly for a debut. His bike time was very good, almost 24MPH for 56M- running after that in 90 degrees is brutal. I was 15min slower my first (and so far only) half IM! CTR was 7th in AG in a very competitive race- expect him to contend for the AG win next year.

Means I swam and rode pretty well, but my run was awful. It means I better get to the track more often!
