I am up for running three to four of the 2 mile reps. See you there. Is there any interest in doing such a workout not on the track? Tow Path? just a thought.
I actually would prefer to do it on the track. Plus, the darkness factor.
I am out for the workout tonight; I am doing a shorter workout earlier today as I have plans to meet up and watch the Phillies in the World Series tonight. I will be out of town this weekend, so I won't see most of you guys until the track workout next week.
Is it just Me, Murphy and Jake? If so, do you guys have any interest in starting a tad earlier?
