2ks sound good... i wanted to do something like that but progress from slow to fast on each interval (laps1-2 @tempo, laps3-4 @ 10k pace, lap5 at 5k pace).
I have a friend visiting from California Wednesday night and the Flyers are playing Tuesday, so I was thinking of taking in some dinner after the workout and watching the game at perhaps the Gluten Free Cafe or probably BGR and getting a burger
UPDATE!!! CANNOT WORKOUT AT BCC TONIGHT!... PPP on my part... but the flyers game puck drop is 7pm... i am going to start workout around about 5:30pm at Tilden... I went long yesterday... so i am changing my workout up a bit... sorry charlie and whoever else was planning to attend the BCC workout... if you can get to tilden early, all are welcome... wiggy
