We will have practice on Wednesday at BCC, starting at 7:15 as usual. Since most of you are still easing back into it, the workout will be relatively unstructured, and we can figure out who's doing what at the track. My hope is that after this week, I'll have a firm grasp on what kind of shape everyone is in, and I'll know everyone's race schedule for the spring, and based on those two critical pieces of information, I can structure the workouts for the next couple of months.
