I'll be there at 6:30 (unless someone says it's unavailable) for a regular workout. Wiggy and Mike Smith also told me they would be there.
I won't be in attendance this week (maybe next) but two new guys we ran with on Saturday expressed interest so you might have some more company.
I'm on a Monday/Thursday workout schedule due to the race on Sunday. Next week, yes.
Will be there. I was thinking speed, like 8-10 400's at 3k pace 200m jog rest. Very quick workout.
I was originally looking at repeat miles or 1k's or 800's (as I am more in need for strength)... but at the same time, I wouldn't mind doing 10-12 400's either... This is my first track workout in weeks... so I am excited to simply run a workout in a group.
I was thinking of the following10x1k broken up as follows:3x1k @ temppo3x1k @10K 3x1k @ 5k 1x1k @ whatever is left2 min bet reps, 2:30 between sets.I've not done a workout since July (and took 2.5 months off from running until end of october), so if the group is going short and fast, no need for me to be there. If someone is interested in doing this, I'd be happy to have company.
I'm one of the two guys Klim was referring to. I think I will make it out to track workouts after thanksgiving, so that first week in december. Tonight I will come out to the run at the g'town store though, just need to give myself more time to adjust to my new surrondings.
