Weekend running
Most people are racing this weekend... but for those who aren't, when are people running? I am thinking of going long tomorrow AM from the store at 830 or so . If you are interested post up. I'll probably take the trails to rock creek, kick around in there, then head back. Let me know whats up

I am game for a flat/soft 12-13 on Sunday...maybe Towpath?
I'd be interested in 12mi tomorrow also on towpath, but may start earlier
