| Old Man Winter is finally making an appearance in DC this week. |
Due to the less than promising forecast, we're going to move the workout to TUESDAY, March 5, also known as TOMORROW. We'll go at 7:15 as normal, so meet for the warm up at 6:30.
For anyone who can't make it tomorrow, I will be available to meet you on Wednesday, track conditions permitting.
I'll send a full weekly email shortly, but wanted to get the word out about the switch right away.

Predictably, I didn't get it...(sigh)
Only five weeks until Boston and I think there will be snow on the ground still in April. This was a fairly legit New England winter.
