DC Leads Pack In Boston Qualifying Times

According to this article in the Boston Globe, DC had the fastest average qualifying time (3:16:03) of any other state with more than 100 runners qualifying and registering for the 2015 Boston Marathon. That's a full three minutes faster than the next fastest State, Massachusetts (3:19:06). Perhaps Charlie Ban can run this analysis on a county-level basis?
