Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of PR’s at Philly Rock N’ Roll

Several Pacers//GRC - NB harriers trekked up to Pennsylvania over the weekend for the Philly Rock n’ Roll Half Marathon. While swamp like conditions forced runners to throw their time goals out the window, it didn’t stop GRC athletes from competing to the best of their abilities.

Frances Koons led the GRC women with an impressive 3rd place finish in her debut at the half marathon distance. Her time of 1:15:29 puts her 2nd on the GRC all-time list in the half marathon. Koons was followed by Stephanie Reich in 6th, Kerry Allen in 7th, and Frances Loeb in 14th place.

Graham Tribble was the first GRC male finisher, crossing the line 1:10:12 to finish an impressive 8th place. Sean Barrett and Chris Van Es finished 24th and 25th respectively.
