Wednesday Workout

From Coach Jerry:

We will be back at BCC this week, and with any luck, for the remainder of the spring. Once again, we will have several workouts going on, and I will do my lawyerly best to explain them all clearly.

For the men, those of you who are running at Swarthmore will do 400s with a 400 recovery. Karl and Joe will do 8 x 4, 2 @ 68, 2 @ 66, 2 @ 64, 2 @ 62. Dave Wertz will do 6, the last six with Karl and Joe, ie 2 @ 66, 2 @ 64, 2 @ 62. Murph and Charlie will do 8 x 400 as well, and will start with 2 @ 70, and then do the next sx with Karl and Joe, ie 2 @ 68, 2 @ 66, 2 @ 64. Anyone else who wants to do 400s is welcome to join in. We will have an A group workout for Paul, Sam, and Burnham, to be determined. Brian will do a 3 mile tempo at marathon goal pace. If any other B groupers plan to attend and need a workout, let me know.

For the women, Beth and Michelle will be solo. Beth will do a 2 mile tempo at marathon goal pace, and Michelle will do 8 x 400 with a 400 recovery, 2 @ 80, 2 @ 78, 2 @ 76, 2 @ 74. Kate and Susan will do 6 x 800, 2 @ 2:55, 2 @ 2:50, 2 @ 2:45, with a 400 recovery. Lindsey, you're welcome to join in any of this that suits your fancy.

As possibly the only B grouper, I'm doing 6-8x800 @ 5k pace (2x2:30, 2x2:28, 2x2:26...)
