Wednesday Workout


From Coach Jerry: 
from all indications we'll be fine to practice.  it could be a little slick, but with some luck we won't have any problems. let's do 5 x mile with a 400 jog.   the A group will go 5:00, 4:55, 4:50, 4:45, 4:40, and the B group can go 15 seconds slower on each rep.  if we have a C group, the pace will be whatever feels comfortable.  see you out there
