There is a small race this Saturday, 9am at Georgetown Prep that the Running Company will sponsor. It is part of a Multisport Expo with vendors, product, etc. for everything swim, bike, run. The registration fee is only $15 so it might be an easy addition to a longer run in the North Bethesda area.
I could also use a couple volunteers for anyone interested. It would only take an hour or so of your time and I have quite a few boxes of Shot Blocks/Gels/Chomps in return. If you are available, please email emily@therunningcompany.net.
