There will be two workouts on Saturday morning for you to choose from:
Option A: Jerry will be hosting a track workout at BCCHS for those of you that are looking for something shorter and faster. Meet in the paring lot at 8:15 for the warmup with the workout to start at 9.
Option B: The Phoenix crew will be doing a workout from the Georgetown store starting at 8:30. You can join Patrick here too if you're just looking for a run without a workout.
I'll be doing the following from the GRC at 8:30am on the towpath: warm-up, 7 miles at marathon pace (5:55, 5:50, 5:45, 4 x 5:40), cool-down. 9-10 miles total.
I might nix one of the 5:40s, but the general gist is the same, if anyone wants to join? I could use a "rabbit" or someone to keep me in check.
Note - I'm not looking to run faster than 5:40.
