There will be two workouts on Saturday morning for you to choose from:
Option A: Jerry will be hosting a track workout at BCCHS for those of you that are looking for something shorter and faster. Meet in the paring lot at 8:15 for the warmup with the workout to start at 9.
Option B: The Phoenix crew will be doing a workout from the Georgetown store starting at 8:30. You can join Patrick here too if you're just looking for a run without a workout.
