Wednesday workout, January 30

After a quiet weekend, we'll have some action on the racing front on Saturday, with Sean and Meghan running the USATF xc champs in St Louis, and several of you running the all-comers indoor meet at the PG County track.  If you're running the indoor meet Saturday, please confirm that with me so we can plan the logistics.  We'll have a workout on Sunday for those of you who are not racing Saturday, and want to get in some quality this weekend.

We'll be at BCC tomorrow for the normal 7:15 start, so meet for the warmup at 6:30.  The men will do 8 x 800 w/ a 2:30 recovery.  There may be a separate marathon-focused workout.  As always, we can modify the workout as necessary.
