My response to Max's comment in my recap post (below) was so long I had to make it a blog in my own page. please read and comment. I want all your opinions.
Yo Dane, some of me just likes needling ya a bit. Also, there is only one Ed Whitlock just like there is only one Michael Jordan. kinda like comparing me to Paul Tergat. Ha------
...or comparing me to those who are faster than me and telling me all I need to do is train more. Honesty, I think you and I could follow the exact same training regimen and you would always be faster. Heart matters but not as much as genetics.
