I've used Dr. Marc Connell at 2021 K Street, NW., (202) 833-1147. He's a sports orthopod who's practice has included (I think) the Capitols, Wizards and the National's. Great doctor and understands the value of time to an athlete. Good luck and speedy recovery to your friend.
