I can't make the workout on Wednesday this week because I am going out of town, so instead I am going to try and run on Tuesday at B-CC at 6:30pm. I am doing mile stuff again this week (2 x 800m at mile pace (4-800m rest) plus strides. Any takers?
Next week I will be back on the bandwagon (ie - Wednesday and a bit longer)
Let me know if anyone wants to partake in the fun...it will be a spike night.
