Training this week

I will be at BCC on Wednesday. I was thinking mile reps. Thoughts? Who's in?

Also, I'd like to go long this weekend, like 22, with the last 60 minutes at race effort. Does this work into any training plans? If so, what's a good venue? Towpath? I am up for doing it Saturday or Sunday.

I am planning on half-marathon race pace workout this wednesday... mile repeats would work well with that. Long run would be great on saturday... as most of us will probably be not in any condition to run 20+ on sunday morning after 3MT

I am in for mile (or maybe two-mile) repeats on Wednesday. I can't make a long run on Saturday becasue Em and I have another baby class at the hospital. Anyone who wants to go long on Sunday, please let me know.

I schedule to run 19 on either sat or sun early am. what is the "race effort" mean? how is that translate to minute per mile? towpath is fine location for me...

Sounds like we'll have a good workout tonight. We can figure out the specifics later, and plan for the weekend long run as well.
