Everyone can then sign the waiver on race night as he'll have it copied at the bottom of the race sign-in sheet. Thank him for the invite!
The invited runner room will be in the same room as last year - in 20 Courthouse Square in downtown Rockville. Courthouse Square is the brick-paved road on the southern edge of the race staging area.

Apparently, in addition to subsidising the rest of you freeloaders, part of my $24 goes to the Rockville Youth Recreation Fund. I'm a philanthropist, really.
