Wednesday Workout

Karl proposed a "3, 2, 1 Workout" tomorrow at B-CC:
3 miles at goal marathon pace (3-5 min rest),
2 miles at half pace (3-5 min rest),
1 mile at 10K Pace

We again could run on the CCT; 3 miler down, 2 and 1 back.

I like this proposal... I will not be able to workout tomorrow night... BUT I will do this workout tonight at BCC... if some cannot make it on wednesday, come on over tonight... 6:30.
