Wednesday Track Workout


Just to get the ball rolling on this week's workout, what does the group want to do? Who's going to be there? Let's try to take advantage of the coolest Wednesday weather we've had in weeks!

If it's a workout on the track, I'm there, I want to do a 10k targeted workout, something like 4x800 @ 5k pace (5:00) followed by 2 miles @ 10k pace (5:17).

Good idea, PMurph. I like that workout, Andy. I'd maybe just add more 800s on the end.

hmmm, 800's aren't a bad idea this week... I like the idea of adding more on at the end too.

I'm only doing it if we can add the 800s onto the beginning

I'm not training for a marathon, so definitely add on as you all want...

Charlie - like Klim said. We might consider bookending the workout with 2 mile reps. 2 mile, 4 by 800, 2 mile.
