I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a strength workout on Friday around 6 or so on the canal. The workout is called Alternate Miles and it was our break and butter at Florida State. It's basically a controlled tempo alternating mile paces. For example, 5:30/6:30/6:00/5:30/6:30/6:00. It's a tough, yet phenomenal workout. I'm hoping to get up to 10+ by January.
